Software design scheme of hydraulic press pitching system of stacker reclaimer
The software design of hydraulic back pressure system of bucket wheel feeder includes two methods. One is not the whole system software, the other is the whole system software.

In the software of non integral pitching system, the hydraulic cylinder can be designed to only bear the working pressure, or it can be designed to bear the working pressure and tensile force at the same time. In the software of integral pitching system, the software of pitching system with hydraulic cylinder bearing working pressure and tensile force is generally designed. In the whole process of pitching organization fitness exercise, if the hydraulic cylinder is only subject to working pressure, then the hydraulic cylinder does positive work in the whole process of pitching rise, that is, the system software is driven by the hydraulic transmission system from beginning to end.
In the hydraulic cylinder system software, the force of the hydraulic cylinder changes in the whole range of elevation angle. For example, when the elevation angle changes from small angle to large angle, the support of the hydraulic cylinder changes from force to tension. In the perspective of force, the hydraulic transmission system does positive work. When the angle of the hydraulic cylinder angle is pulled to the height angle of the hydraulic transmission system, in other words, the external force promotes the adaptive movement of the hydraulic cylinder; In the elevation system software, from the large angle of adaptive movement to the small angle of ordinary hydraulic cylinder support is the pulling force, which is regarded as the positive movement within the angle range of hydraulic cylinder lift. According to the change of this kind of load in the system software, the hydraulic transmission system must relatively consider the provisions of this kind of load change. The relativity of the pitching hydraulic transmission system is simple and clear.
In order to solve the problem of speed control and vibration of the system software in the whole process of the hydraulic cylinder from force to tension or from tension to force in the middle of the working period of the hydraulic transmission system, the back pressure should be released on the non load side of the hydraulic cylinder. To put it bluntly, releasing back pressure means that if the hydraulic cylinder is under stress, there must be a certain working pressure in the cavity with rod, on the contrary, there must be a certain working pressure in the cavity without rod. That can ensure the stability of the system software fitness movement when the supporting condition of the hydraulic cylinder changes with the change of pitch angle. In the system software, the static balance valve, relief valve, proportional valve and other hydraulic components can be used to maintain the function. In the system software, because the change of external load may lead to the change of steam pressure, the oil system software should be the main system software, which should be used to control various valves.
In the software of pitching system, there are usually two hydraulic cylinders. For some customers, we expect to use the method of hydraulic press to deal with the same step of double hydraulic cylinders. However, due to the relatively high pressure of the hydraulic transmission system of the bucket wheel stacker, it is very difficult to keep the same progress according to the hydraulic press, so in fact, it is unnecessary to use the software for the feeding system of the bucket wheel stacker. The actual effect is not necessarily ideal. On the other hand, in the design of bucket wheel stacker reclaimer, the double hydraulic cylinders keep the same step according to the bending stiffness of mechanical equipment. In this paper, it is proposed that the step of adjusting the two hydraulic cylinders through the hydraulic driver is not set. In fact, most of the double cylinder pitching hydraulic drivers of fan stacker are not installed with hydraulic press and stepping system software.
